WAL Live Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WAL Live, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What WAL Live Is
WAL Live is a digital event platform that allows creators and organizers to stream, manage, and monetize live and on-demand events.
We provide the technology and distribution.
We do not produce, own, or control most of the content on the platform.
3. Your Responsibilities
If you host or upload content on WAL Live, you are responsible for ensuring that:
- You own the content, or
- You have all required rights, licenses, and permissions
You are fully responsible for any legal issues arising from your content.
4. Content Ownership
All content remains the property of the event organizer or rights holder.
WAL Live does not claim ownership of user content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Payments & Payouts
Payments on WAL Live are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave).
- WAL Live may charge a platform fee and/or revenue share
- Payouts are processed after event completion and reconciliation
- Additional verification may be required before payout
6. Platform Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and stable service.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
WAL Live is not responsible for disruptions caused by:
- network failures,third-party services,force majeure events.
- 7. Account Suspension & Content Removal
We may suspend accounts or remove content if:
- they are violating content, illegal , harmful, fradulent or deemed to incite security breach
This may occur without prior notice in serious cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAL Live is not liable for:
- indirect or incidental losses, loss of revenue or business issues caused by third-party services.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.
